Mr. Dharmendra, a Chartered Accountant by profession, is the founder and spirit behind Aadidaivam International (ADI). With the experience of more than 20 years, he has worked closely with clients to embrace a transformational approach aimed at benefiting all stakeholders, empowering organizations to grow, build sustainable competitive advantage, and drive positive societal impact. During his career span he has managed assignments for large PSU groups and listed groups by providing them with auditing, advisory, and accounting services with clients across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Financial Institutions and Infrastructure Companies.

Mr. Arihant is a young and enthusiastic team member and has been closely involved in complete Project Management, from conceptualizing to execution of the project and simultaneously developing the business strategy, business processes, organization structuring, and client relationship management. He has gained exposure to a range of industries including Consumer Products, Private Equity, Personal Wealth, Automobiles, E-Commerce platforms, and Financial Services.
