About this estimate
This is an indicative estimate under the FY 2025-26 (AY 2026-27) · New Regime. The Old Regime is not covered — if you file under it, these figures do not apply to you. It is not tax advice and not a filed computation: your actual liability depends on your full income, deductions and residential status. Check it with a qualified adviser before you rely on it.
What this does not cover
It taxes income at the New Regime slab rates. It does not handle rental or house property income, capital gains at special rates, business or professional income, set-off and carry-forward of losses, relief under section 89, or foreign tax credit. Each of those changes the answer and needs a full computation.
There is no age input because the New Regime slabs do not vary with age — there is no separate senior citizen slab under section 115BAC.
